General Manager

In 2010, Liz started her journey with Hospitality by joining Ocean Properties. There she started as the Executive Chef’s assistant and started her love for the Food, Beverage and Hospitality. She worked at the Sagamore Resort where she then traveled for the company seasonally until she made her way to Portland Maine. Portland was where Liz truly found her calling and left Ocean Properties to start a new venture within the city. There she helped to convert the Historic Danforth Inn and open a Fine Dining/ Southeast Asian restaurant with in called Tempo Dulu. Once opened she also had the ability to work at Danforth Inn’s sister property, The Relais and Chateaux Camden Harbour Inn and Natalie’s. She started doing sales and event planning, with the goal to be able to offer guests two completely different properties with the same amazing service for weddings, special occasions and amazing get-aways.

In 2016, Liz decided it was time to come back to her roots and move back to Upstate New York. Here she joined Saratoga Juice Bar and Legacy Juice Works. She was the Retail General Manager and handled all logistics for the company. After 2 years it was time for her to come back to her first love which is hospitality. Liz is so excited to start her next journey at The Glen Sanders Mansion and be a part of the Mazzone Hospitality Team.
